As the attached press clippings indicate, this concert was rescheduled after Rachmaninoff cancelled due to illness on February 13. The Chopin Ballade is noted as no. 4 in F minor in one attached review, and as no. 1 in G minor in another. Of interest, Rachmaninoff played The Snow is Dancing from the Debussy suite (as indicated in one press notice) but omitted Serenade of the Doll (as noted in one of the reviews). Chopin's Nocturne in E flat major, op. 9, no. 2, and the Prelude in C sharp minor, op. 3, no. 2, are noted as the encores.
